Next week is Christmas!! Our office will be closing early Wednesday, December 24th at 11:00 am so our crew can have a Christmas Lunch together. Our office will be closed Christmas Day, December 25th, also December 26th and 27th.
Our crew will be working Friday December 27th but I will be traveling to see my son and grandson so therefore the office will be closed for business that Friday, the 27th.
For water emergencies: no water, or extremely low water pressure, please call or text 865.909.5114 our on call phone number, also please file a Report A Problem as cell service can be iffy here on English Mountain.
For sewer alarms, back ups and leaks for those that have sewer pumps please call a plumber for these issues.
For emergency issues at any of our wastewater treatment plants please go to Report A Problem
All other issues such as billing etc, please email me at kspence@eastscud.org and I will address the email when I am back in the office on Monday, December 30th.
