ESCUD just launched a new website! www.eastsevier.com You will now be able to download forms and check out the FAQ section. This is a new and growing website, additional information along with meeting minutes will be added as we go along. At this time it does not have a forum but does have a scrolling information banner that will have updates. I am looking into a different way to keep you informed and updated on water outages etc.
Please bear with us as we continue to make changes to improve ESCUD. We have been working towards all check payments going to our billing department in Kentucky for the past 1 1/2 years, with the incidents at the office we have had to speed this process up. You can make payments 24/7 online at www.eastsevier.com
Once we have a new office location secured I will make that announcement and we will also be sending information in the billing statement.
We are asking you to mail any checks to: East Sevier County Utility District, PO BOX 185, Benton, KY 42025 as we cannot be responsible for any checks /cash/money order left at the office at this time.
