Beginning Monday July 22, we will start remodeling the ESCUD office. We are making a more secure customer friendly place for our Office Manager and customers! During this time you will still be able to drop a payment in the drive thru drop box which we are also replacing with a real drop box and not a cardboard box! The new drop box once in place will be much easier to use and will be a locked secured drop box. If you need to speak to Karen in person or pick up paperwork, drop off paperwork etc please call the office and I will make sure I am available to meet with you. I will still be here 8 am - 4pm answering the phones and processing payments. There will be times I am here in the evenings working on the office, I will not have access to the computer or taking payments after 4pm except thru the drop box. Once construction is done we encourage you to come by and see that the lobby will be much more customer friendly with a much larger window! YAY! I will also have a place where I can meet with you in private if you ever need to. We will be keeping our drive thru window as it is our most used feature. My goal is to have a more open and welcome lobby, a safer more secure more efficient office.
