Hey guys, we have a leak in one of our main water lines. We are working hard to find the leak and isolate it for repairs. This leak has caused Well D to drain down to an extremely low level. This will cause a water outage to all that get water from Well D. Alpine, Black Oak, Lin Creek Dr, Darvan Way, Rich Mtn, Dogwood, Wilhite, just to name a few. We are hoping that during the night with less water usage it will give Well D time to slowly catch up......we are hoping. We know how frustrating and how huge of an inconvenience this is. Our crew is working hard and as fast as possible to find the leak. We ask for your patience! The leak happened at a peak time of water usage so the tank drained faster than normal. We will work long into the night, and we will work till the leak is found, fixed and water restored.
On a personal note: I asked if you see our crew, Lena, Jeff and Bruce tonight and tomorrow to please be nice to them. They are doing everything they can as fast as they can to get your water back on. We appreciate you our customers!
